After spending five years working in a corporate job, I realized that I wasn't the only one suffering with menstrual fatigue, mood swings, sugar cravings and period cramps that kept me away from being productive and focused at work. I found ways to completely reverse my period problems and now I'm helping other women do the same, so that they can focus on their own "zone of genius".

Nastja holds a diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Her training included anatomy, physiology, pathology, functional and lab testing, female hormones, detoxification, functional nutrition, supplements, lifestyle advice and 200 hours of clinical practice.
