Why should you know the source of your period problems?

When we think about our menstrual health problems (aka period problems), we often think about our hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) being out of balance. At the end of the day this is true and they do create some pretty intense symptoms, however, they are usually just taking instruction from much bigger players behind the scenes.

Hello, friend! 

I’m Nastja, Founder of Parbati & Creator of the Period Test. I’m a Nutritional Therapist and Women's Health Coach, helping ambitious women — just like you — achieve healthy periods, so that that they can shift their focus off of their period problems and on to how they want to be of service to the world.

After spending five years working in a corporate job, I realized that I wasn't the only one suffering with menstrual fatigue, mood swings, sugar cravings and period cramps that kept me away from being productive and focused at work. I found ways to completely reverse my period problems and now I'm helping other women do the same, so that they can focus on their own "zone of genius". 

My training included anatomy, physiology, pathology, functional and lab testing, female hormones, functional nutrition, supplements and herbal remedies. I taught women around the globe how to get to the real root of their period problems so they can solve them for good.
