Why women need different approach?
Through each week of the cycle, female's hormones and brain chemistry shift and affect how women think, feel and operate. By aligning tasks and activities with menstrual cycle, women can optimise their performance because they know exactly when it's best to:
- Use analytical thinking vs. creative thinking
- Give a presentation vs. research and brainstorm
- Do yoga vs. high intensity training
- Stay in vs. go out & socialise
